Ensure all lights are working inside and out.

Clean windows.

Vacuum and clean floors.

Remove internal/external door mats from sight.

Remove any personal items you do not wish photographed.

Kitchen

Clean and clear bench spaces.

Remove magnets/items from door and top of fridge and ensure outside surface is clean and free of marks (particularly stainless steel surfaces).

Ensure sink and cook top surfaces are clean and free of marks (particularly stainless steel surfaces).

Remove bin from sight.

Dining/Living Areas

Clean and clear dining table and place chairs evenly around the table.

Remove all personal items, newspapers, toys, DVD's and remotes, etc. from sight.

Remove leads and cords from sight behind TV, sound systems, etc.

Arrange lounge cushions attractively on sofas.

Bedrooms

Make beds (tuck in sheets, straighten doonas and place pillows to best effect).

Remove personal items from sight.

Bathroom/Toilets

Clean and dry all surfaces.

Clean shower glass and mirrors.

Remove toiletries, bins and floor mats from sight.

Fold and display towels neatly on towel rails.

Outdoors

Mow lawns and tidy gardens.

Remove all rubbish and garden refuse.

Remove/tidy hoses from sight.

Sweep up leaves (particularly patio area).

Remove bins from sight.

Remove washing from clothes line.

Arrange patio garden furniture neatly and to best effect.

Remove BBQ cover.

Pools/Spas—Ensure water is clear and free of garden waste. Remove Kreepy Krauly from sight.

Just Prior to Shoot

Remove vehicles from sight.

Open all curtains and blinds.

Turn on all internal lighting (including bed side lamps).

Twilight Shoots—Turn on all internal and external lighting (including garden/pool lighting if applicable).
